TASTING NOTES
Vibrant nose of honeysuckle, passion fruit and very ripe quince, complex and elegant. The mouth shows the same layers of fruit plus another dimension of gooseberry, citrus and grapefruit. The finish is very long and served chilled it is the wine of excellence for any shellfish, shrimp and sushi. Serve it chilled.
