2007 Unoaked Chardonnay
Chardonnay
Columbia Valley
2007
TASTING NOTES
The long mild summer of 2007 allowed for the Chardonnay to ripen slowly and fully and also keep a great minerality. The nose reveals aromas of honey, pear, banana and apricot. The first sip is very mouth watering and refreshing. The no-oak regimen gives to the palate the full fruitiness and minerality this vineyard is about. Ripe citrus, green apple and lemon curd on mineral flavors makes this chardonnay very elegant with a juicy acidity that makes the finish crisp, clean and food friendly.
