TASTING NOTES

Delightful crimson color. With a lot of delicate red fruits on the nose it has a bouquet of wild strawberries, raspberries, cherries and violet flowers. The mouth is crisp and echoes the juicy cherries present on the nose. A unique summer pleasure that will match any sashimi dish, grilled chicken or pool party. Serve it chilled.
