2007 Riesling
TASTING NOTES
The first approach of the nose reveals notes of stone fruits: peaches, apricots, nectarines. The passion fruit comes afterwards with hints of honey and pineapple. The intense fruity character shows then in the mouth with savory layers of tangerines, very ripe honeydew and pears, juicy peaches lingered with a citrusy touch. Its mild sweetness adds an extra dimension and enhances the fruitiness that lingers on honey flavors. A superb wine to match Asian food or gather with friends for an aperitif. Serve it chilled.
